The 2 Leftfeet Dance School is run by Pat and Derrick Reid, who are both Licentiate members of the UKA Professional Teachers of Dancing, (BB,LB,SB) and UKA Accredited Argentine Tango Teachers.


The aim of the school is to not only teach people to dance basic Ballroom and Latin but to make it fun. Learning to dance can be quite daunting for some people, so we reduce the technicalities until our pupils are more confident around the dance floor.

As well as running Ballroom and Latin dance classes we can and do run workshops for Sequence and Ceilidh dancing when the demand arises.

We also train teams for the Aberdeen Corporate Games (ActivityMix) Ballroom event.

In order to encourage dancer's to put into practice what they have learned we also run a social dance, generally once a month. (see Events page for dates). This is open to all Ballroom and Latin dancers of any standard (we particularly encourage Beginners as this is really where you learn to dance)
